Working in Fairview

What we see on Fairview roofs

Fairview incorporated in 1959, helped along by the interstate system and Nashville’s mid century expansion. Its population more than doubled between 1970 and 1980, then climbed from about 5,800 in 2000 to more than 9,300 at the 2020 census. Neighborhoods include Cumberland Estates, Cedarcrest, Goodwin Farms, Richvale, and Belvoir. A good share of the homes here were built in 2023 or later, alongside houses that date from before 2000.

The city sits about 150 feet higher than Nashville on rolling, wooded ground, and Interstate 40 climbs steeply as it enters the county here. Many lots back up to mature tree lines, which means full gutters, debris in valleys, and limbs that can scrape shingles in high wind. Bowie Nature Park started as eroded farmland that Dr. Evangeline Bowie began buying in the 1950s and replanted with loblolly pine seedlings.

From Murfreesboro, Fairview is a little over an hour west by Interstate 840 to the Highway 100 exit. We group Fairview inspections and installs into scheduled blocks, so give us a call first and we will tell you when a crew will be working on that side of the metro.

Common needs

What Fairview homeowners usually call about

Gutters under mature trees

Wooded lots load gutters with leaves, needles, and twigs. We size seamless gutters and downspouts for the runoff and check fascia for rot where water has backed up.

Pre 2000 replacements

On an older home, a replacement is the time to check decking, attic ventilation, and old flashing. We photograph what we find before the new roof goes on.

Young roofs after hail

A roof on a home built since 2023 is still worth inspecting after hail. We document bruising and granule loss so you have a clear record for an insurance claim.
