About

Meet Jesse and SHYLD.

Jesse, the owner, inspects your roof and personally writes your proposal, then backs the work with a written workmanship warranty.

How we work

Every job starts with someone on the roof taking photos of the flashing, the pipe boots, the valleys, and the deck, because those are the places roofs usually fail. You see what we see before any price is discussed.

The proposal you receive lists materials by name, the layers of the system, what is excluded, the price, and the warranty terms. Because every item is named, you can compare it line by line with any other proposal you receive.

On the job, the yard is protected before the first shingle comes off, the site is cleaned daily, and we walk the finished roof with you before the final invoice.

What we do

Roof replacement, roof repair, and metal roofing are the core of the business. Siding and gutters are done with the roof in mind, because most exterior water problems start where those systems meet.

We work across Middle Tennessee, from Franklin and Brentwood in Williamson County to Lebanon and Mt. Juliet in Wilson County, with Rutherford County around our Murfreesboro base in between. The full list is on the service areas page.

What we will and will not promise

Crew installing board and batten siding on a new home

We will

  • Inspect at no charge and give you the photos.
  • Tell you when a repair is the smarter spend.
  • Put every material and every exclusion in writing.
  • Back the installation with a written workmanship warranty.
  • Answer the phone ourselves.

We will not

  • Promise what your insurance carrier will approve.
  • Waive or absorb deductibles. It is illegal in Tennessee.
  • Quote a firm price over the phone without seeing the roof.
  • Pressure you to sign on the day of the inspection.
