Bellevue lies about 13 miles southwest of downtown Nashville along Interstate 40, where subdivisions built on former farmland share the area with the Harpeth River and the Warner Parks.

Working in Bellevue

What we see on Bellevue roofs

Bellevue was a small farm community along the railroad near the Harpeth River into the 1950s. Interstate 40 came through in the early 1960s, the suburbs followed, and most of today’s single family homes went up between 1970 and 1999. Harpeth View, off Poplar Creek Road, is a good example: two story homes from the early 1990s on quarter acre lots, finished in brick or brick with vinyl siding. A house from that window may be due for its first or second replacement.

Newer pockets sit alongside the older streets. Bellevue Station, at Old Harding Pike and Bellevue Road, is a cottage community built in 2016 and 2017 with shared HOA maintenance, and the former Bellevue Center mall site on Highway 70S is now One Bellevue Place. Other neighborhoods include River Plantation, Harpeth Woods, Belle Pointe, and Amber Hills. The ground ranges from streets near the Harpeth River to wooded hills along Percy Warner Park and the northern end of the Natchez Trace Parkway.

Bellevue is about 50 minutes from Murfreesboro, more when Nashville traffic backs up. We book Bellevue work in blocks so a crew stays on the west side for consecutive days, and we ask you to call so we can confirm a date that fits.

Common needs

What Bellevue homeowners usually call about

Metro Nashville rules

Bellevue is part of Metro Nashville and Davidson County, not a separate town. We check Metro permit requirements for your address before the job goes on the calendar.

Cottage and townhome HOAs

Where an HOA maintains exteriors or approves changes, we work with the board or manager so colors and timing match the rest of the community.

Roofs from 1970 to 1999

Homes from those decades can hide an extra layer of shingles or tired decking. We check from the attic and the roof surface and show you photos before we price anything.

Good questions

Questions from Bellevue

My Bellevue house backs up to trees and a creek. Does that change how you approach the roof?

It can. Overhanging limbs and steady leaf fall leave debris in valleys and gutters, and shaded slopes can grow moss or algae. We note trimming needs, check valleys and gutters closely, and size downspouts to move water away from the foundation.

Do you inspect storm damage in Bellevue?

Yes. After hail or high wind in Bellevue we inspect, photograph, and give you a written summary you can keep or share with your insurer. Read our guide to storm damage and insurance claims before you file anything.
