Material Selection: Choose from premium architectural shingles (GAF Timberline, Owens Corning Duration, CertainTeed Landmark), standing seam metal, or exposed fastener metal systems.

Full Tear-Off & Install: We remove every layer down to the deck, inspect and repair damaged decking, then install ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, starter strips, new shingles or metal panels, ridge vent, and new flashing at all penetrations.

Cleanup & Final Walk: We use tarps and magnets to protect your landscaping and catch every nail. Your property will be cleaner than when we arrived.

Materials We Install

We only install products from manufacturers with proven track records in the Southeast climate — GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed for shingles, and premium metal panel systems for standing seam and exposed fastener installations. Every system includes proper underlayment, ice and water shield, ridge ventilation, and flashing.
